- Contest, discounts, and six months no interest -- no payments (aka "same-as-cash"), OAC, (collectively now referred to as "promotion") will close to any new entrants when the number of qualified entrants equals 100, ensuring odds of winning and participating at 1 in 100.
- Promotion will end the moment the number of qualified entrants reaches 100.
- Winner notification will occur by all available means within 30 days of the contest closing date and will require correctly answering a time-limited, mathematical, skills-testing question.
- Winner of the free roof is responsible for all taxes including, and not limited to, HST.
- Winner agrees to have their new Hy-Grade roof installed whenever Hy-Grade deems appropriate, which could be in the dead of winter. Why? We Work Winters!
- All contest decisions are at the sole discretion of Hy-Grade. All results are final.
- Winner agrees to have their image and likeness, before and after images of their house, and testimonials, either written, audio, or video, used for any and all promotional activities deemed appropriate by Hy-Grade.
- Entrants must legally own a home, cottage or church in Ontario, Canada.
- May not be combined with any other Hy-Grade offer, program or promotion.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Entrant may elect to send their name, address, phone number by registered mail only through Canada Post, to Hy-Grade Steel Roofing System, 2 Airpark Pl, Guelph, ON, N1L 1B2 to be received before this contest closes.
- Limit one entry per address in Ontario.

Only the first 100 new customers qualify for price discounts. The pricing discounts available are determined by the size of the Hy-Grade steel roofing system specified at the at the time of contract signing. If the contract specifies:
- 20 square (2,000 square feet) or more: the full discount of $1,500 off PLUS an additional $1,000 off OR 6 months no interest - no payments, OAC.
- 15-19 square: $1,500 off PLUS an additional $500 off OR 6 months no interest - no payments, OAC.
- 10-14 square: $1,500 off
- Less than 10 square: $500 off

- OAC means "on approved credit" from TD Financing Services.
- Approved TD Financing Services loan must be with the current variable interest rate in effect at the time the loan is approved.
- Other loan terms, like years of amortization, payment term (5 or 10 years), etc. are yours to request.
- *Amount financed and approved must be for $30,000 or less to be eligible for "No Interest -- No Payments" for six months.
- *Amounts financed and approved over $30,000 will be eligible for "No Interest -- No Payments for three months.
